- Skills and knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents pertinent to the NDT and welding disciplines
- Preparation and verification of the adequate procedures in the specific NDT (AUT, PAUT, TOFD, MUT, RT, CR, RTR, MT, PT and VT) method
- Capable of selecting the method and techniques for a specific inspection
