We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Performance Compliance Engineer to join our office in Genova within the Marine Compliance, Classification & Statutory Certification Division.
Mission
The resource is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of vessels within the fleet to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal operational efficiency.The Fleet Performance Engineer works closely with MCFPP Head and MCLTS Head to analyse/investigate cases of Port State and Flag State inspections/detentions to identify shortcomings occurred within periodical surveys/audits previously carried out. This activity is aimed at identifying corrective/preventive actions to enhance performance of Marine Operational Network in ensuring periodical/surveys audits are carried out with the highest effectiveness and full compliance
