The challenge

We are looking for a strategic, proactive and hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with excellent business understanding and stakeholder management skills. As Tax Director, you will have overall responsibility for managing the tax function, ensuring tax compliance, effective tax governance and appropriate tax risk management, while providing strategic advice to the business and senior management.

What you will do

The main responsibilities will include:

- Lead and develop the Tax function, setting priorities, ensuring effective organization and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee direct tax activities,



including Corporate Income Tax and all tax compliance obligations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with applicable legislation.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of corporate income tax returns, working closely with internal teams and external tax advisors.
- Oversee tax accounting activities, ensuring accurate tax recognition, provisions, deferred taxes and reconciliation between tax and statutory reporting.
- Manage tax governance and risk, identifying potential tax risks and ensuring appropriate controls, processes and documentation are in place.
