Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role As a Specialist Test Engineering, you will contribute to the development and production support for Automotive applications while having the possibility to increase your knowledge within the semiconductor industry.
- Develop firmware for testing by translating concepts into firmware algorithms
- Generate test sequences and automatic testing machine patterns (e.g.: v93000 Advantest) for test program, validation and characterization
- Provide data analysis of test program to support quality delivered, test cost and yield
- Be a firewall for embedded memories (NVM, SRAM, ROM) testing concepts increasing the quality of deliverables
- Improve automation on development workflow to mitigate project complexity
- Analyze embedded memories design and technology evaluating corner cases and robustness
