WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Lead the planning and execution of field trials across Italy, ensuring delivery within the allocated budget and agreed timelines.
- Ensure field trial results are validated and accurately reported within established deadlines.
- Oversee R&D; testing facilities and their official certifications,



ensuring compliance with Good Experimental Practice (GEP) and applicable national regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in field R&D; Operations by optimizing technical and digital tools and supporting the ongoing training and development of the field biologist team.
- Act as the key contact for national authorities on R&D; activities and facilities, including GEP and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) matters.

WHAT YOU OFFER

- A university degree in agriculture, natural sciences, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in crop protection, preferably in product research and development.
