- Leading the technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
- Supporting project managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
- Selecting adequate electrical equipment.
- Helping customers to resolve technical issues and assisting on questions and comments regarding the product.
