Job Description

- 10+ years of experience in project and program management within the railway industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled business change.




- Lead end-to-end delivery of rail digitalization initiatives, including asset management, maintenance optimization, smart operations, fleet management, condition monitoring, enterprise platforms, cloud, data, AI, IoT, and connected railway solutions.
- Manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across railway operators, infrastructure managers, rolling stock organizations, engineering teams, and technology providers.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing interface for project governance, executive reporting, steering committees, planning workshops, and stakeholder management.
