Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients within the Telco industries. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying business challenges and positioning Experian's data, analytics, fraud prevention, and decisioning solutions to deliver measurable value.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong consultative selling skills, experience managing complex sales cycles, and the ability to engage C-level executives across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Telecommunications customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives, business leaders, risk teams, customer operations, and digital transformation stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities while driving growth within existing accounts.
- Lead complex,



solution-based sales processes from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to create compelling customer solutions.
- Understand customer challenges related to customer acquisition, credit risk, fraud prevention, collections, customer management, and digital transformation.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activities across the Telecommunications sectors.
- Represent Experian at industry events, conferences, and client executive meetings.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue and business growth targets.
