We are looking for a professional with deep expertise in hydraulics, leadership qualities, and a proven ability to manage custom projects for major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Key Responsibilities

- Strategic System Design & Consultancy: Oversee and validate system design requests from the field, ensuring that proposed solutions are optimized for specific machine applications and aligned with global business objectives.
- Advanced Circuit Development:



Design sophisticated hydraulic circuits and integrated electro-hydraulic control systems, interfacing with advanced OEM hydraulic and electronic architectures.
- Advanced Simulation & Validation: Lead circuit and system simulation activities to validate critical solutions before implementation, effectively reducing time-to-market and technical risks.
- R&D; Leadership & Insight: Act in close relationship with the R&D; department, for new product development but also for providing strategic market insights to influence the roadmap for new products and emerging technologies.
