Purpose: As an e-commerce Expert, you'll be a key player in optimizing and managing the online presence of one of our four renowned Group brands: De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet. You'll be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the Ecommerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for the assigned brand within a specific geographical area and will be tasked with ensuring the best possible management of e-commerce activities in your assigned markets. Working alongside the local team, you will be responsible for driving and monitoring e-commerce performance. You will be working to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the website, continuously measure site performance to guarantee our customers receive the best possible online service. You will produce and distribute ecommerce sales reports,



KPI analytics reports and all customer journey-related reports. You will prepare and lead the monthly performance update meeting with your markets.
