Posizione

The Nurse guarantees qualified, personalized, and ongoing nursing care to patients admitted to the facility, in compliance with current regulations, company protocols, and the ethical and deontological principles of the profession. The resource will be responsible for caring for the patient throughout the entire hospitalization process, from assessing care needs to planning, implementing, and verifying interventions, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, safety, and continuity of care.



Main responsabilities:

- Welcome and take care of the patient upon admission, identifying their care needs.
- Monitor clinical conditions and vital signs, promptly identifying any variations and risk situations.
- Administer pharmacological therapies according to prescription and in compliance with safety procedures.
- Plan, implement and verify the nursing interventions under your jurisdiction.
- Ensure the correct compilation and updating of clinical and nursing documentation.
