Main Responsibilities:
As a Shift Maintenance Leader at Ferrero, you will manage various activities in the areas of Maintenance, Intervention Planning and Human Resources Management, reporting to the Maintenance Production Unit Manager. Covering this position, you will coordinate shifts maintenance teams, support interventions and collaborate in the realization of new projects. You will be responsible for defining, organizing and managing the realization of periodical revision programs, ordinary, extraordinary and soft interventions, while optimizing relative costs in order to achieve production results, both in qualitative and quantitative terms. You will be responsible for the predictive maintenance scheduling and evaluating on-call requests and prioritising them, as well as ensuring the correct application of safety standards and safe behaviour
