As a Senior Process Analyst in KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe, you will lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives. You will combine supply-chain and logistics expertise, investment and profitability analysis, functional leadership and hands-on implementation to help manufacturing organizations achieve measurable and sustainable results. You will move confidently between strategic planning, detailed logistics process understanding and collaboration with client and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

- Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance, including OTIF improvement, WIP optimisation and logistics-cost reduction.
- Diagnose logistics and planning performance gaps, establish improvement targets and define implementation roadmaps.




- Design and improve Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes, governance, decision forums and planning routines.
- Evaluate the profitability and business impact of logistics investments in hardware and software, including costs, benefits, risks and expected returns.
- Manage Logistics and Planning teams, or lead consulting projects in these functional areas.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance.
