What You'll Do

- Support the HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, taking ownership of selected day-to-day and recurring tasks
- Manage and maintain data in our HR and Recruiting tools,



ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
- Support key HR processes, including recruiting, staffing, or talent&career; development
- Collaborate with the team in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports, ensuring data quality and providing meaningful insights
- Create, review, and edit presentations and other HR-related materials in both Italian and English
- Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
