Position Summary The Turin Depot Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards within the Turin Depot operations. The role leads a team of operators, overseeing inspection, rework, containment, and quality control activities to guarantee product conformity and customer satisfaction. The position acts as the reference point for all depot quality-related matters, coordinating daily operations (including the management of the local logistics provider regarding quality matters), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards, processes, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Quality Operations Management

- Lead and coordinate all quality activities within the depot, including inspections, audits, containment actions,



rework, sorting activities, and product releases.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Monitor depot quality performance through relevant KPIs and reporting.
- Ensure timely identification, escalation, and resolution of quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Product Inspection & Containment

- Coordinate incoming, in-process, and final inspections as required.
- Ensure effective management of non-conforming materials and products.
