What You Will Do
Guest Engagement & Travel Inspiration
- Connect with guests and inspire them with destinations, itineraries and future travel opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and promotional events that spark curiosity and excitement about future cruises.
- Create memorable interactions that strengthen guest loyalty and enhance the onboard experience.
Sales & Business Growth
- Promote and sell future cruises, helping guests find their next perfect holiday.
- Own your sales targets and contribute to onboard revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.
- Identify new opportunities to engage guests and maximize conversion throughout the cruise journey.
Communication & Promotion
- Create and deliver impactful communications, from welcome messages to invitations and special offers.
- Support onboard events and selected excursions to build relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Promote Costa’s products and destinations with enthusiasm, professionalism and credibility.
