Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining safety/compliance standards.
- Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Identify new market opportunities, develop sales plans to achieve targets, and analyze sales data to improve performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase loyalty and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Marketing & Networking:



Implement marketing strategies and attend industry events/trade shows to build brand presence.
- Financial Performance: Monitor budget, manage costs, and prepare financial reports for management.

Gross annual salary range: €60,000-€70,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.
