We are working with a leading international agricultural commodities business looking to appoint an experienced Cocoa Sales Manager to join its team in Milan.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven individual to join an established cocoa business, managing existing customer relationships while developing new sales opportunities across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with chocolate manufacturers, confectionery businesses and industrial food producers.
Drive sales across a portfolio of cocoa products, including cocoa powder, butter and liquor.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and supply contracts.
Monitor market developments, customer demand and competitor activity.
Work closely with trading,



supply chain and operations teams to ensure effective customer delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in B2B sales within cocoa, chocolate or related food ingredients.
Strong understanding of the Italian food manufacturing and confectionery market.
Established commercial relationships and a track record of developing profitable business.
Good knowledge of commodity pricing, contract negotiation and supply chains.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
