We are hiring an

Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative

to join an international customer service project based in

Greece . In this role, you will support Italian-speaking customers through

phone and digital channels , assist with general inquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and provide a professional and positive customer experience. This is a

remote position within Greece . Candidates may already be based in Greece or be open to relocating, with relocation support available Responsibilities





Assist customers through phone and digital support channels Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Identify customer needs and provide accurate information Resolve customer issues with empathy and a customer-focused approach Escalate complex cases when necessary Follow established procedures and quality guidelines Maintain a high standard of customer experience These responsibilities generalize the project's actual phone/digital support, issue resolution, escalation, and quality-process duties without tying the post to the specific end client. xcldrub Requirements

Native-level or

C1 Italian B2 English
