Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining safety/compliance standards.

Business Growth & Sales Strategy : Identify new market opportunities, develop sales plans to achieve targets, and analyze sales data to improve performance.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase loyalty and revenue.

Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and motivate sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals.

Marketing & Networking :



Implement marketing strategies and attend industry events/trade shows to build brand presence.

Financial Performance : Monitor budget, manage costs, and prepare financial reports for management.
