Responsibilities include managing rent collection, coordinating repairs and maintenance with vendors, and conducting regular property inspections. The role also involves maintaining accurate records. The Property Manager will work closely with the owner and service providers to resolve issues promptly and deliver a positive experience for the guests. Qualifications
• Property management skills, including knowledge of local housing regulations.
• Organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage schedules, documentation,



and multiple properties or tasks at the same time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with tenants, owners, and vendors in a professional and respectful manner.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle maintenance issues, conflicts, and operational challenges efficiently.
• Basic financial skills, such as rent tracking, invoice review, cost control, and support for budgeting activities.
• Proficiency with common office software and property management tools or databases.
• Ability to work on-site in Loano, conduct property visits, and coordinate work with external service providers.
• Prior experience in property or facility management, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented field is beneficial.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in property management or real estate is an advantage.
