The Director of Industrial Controlling LG Business Unit is a pivotal leadership role spearheading the strategic financial controlling function for the entire LG BU across all the production plants and Industrial poles.
This entails rigorous management of a dedicated team of 5 Controllers, ensuring unparalleled consistency and excellence in cost control, comprehensive financial reporting, meticulous budgeting, and unwavering compliance.
The incumbent cultivates an exceptionally robust partnership with the Industrial Director of the LG Business Unit , serving as a trusted strategic advisor by delivering incisive, value-driven reporting and continuous,



expert consultation vital for critical strategic decisions.
Functioning as the indispensable right-hand to the Industrial Director, this position orchestrates seamless functional intermediation between the Finance Department and the dynamic LG Business Unit.
Ultimately, this role is paramount in relentlessly driving operational efficiency, significantly enhancing cost transparency, and profoundly influencing strategic decision-making at both plant and corporate levels.
