Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of your station and dining areas Ensure impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to enhance the dining experience Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

Requirements:





Proven experience in a similar role in luxury environment Sommelier certification or advanced wine knowledge preferred Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus Passion for excellence and attention to detail
