Our team of experts has years of experience guiding clients through the full project lifecycle - from design to process optimization - delivering excellent outcomes. We are looking for an experienced resource in major cloud HCM systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Cornerstone, and Talentia) to join our “Digital” team in Milan or Rome .
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, experience in mid-complexity HCM implementations, and excellent team management and leadership skills. What can you expect? By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients across a variety of sectors and industries. In particular, you will:
