We are seeking a strategic, highly skilled product marketing professional to shape how innovative technology solutions create value for public-sector organizations. In this role, you will define compelling positioning and messaging for government customers, including law enforcement agencies, intelligence services, regulators, and tax authorities. You will translate complex data, AI capabilities, and technical products into clear narratives that connect directly to customer missions and operational outcomes. Working across Product, Sales, Research and Development, and Marketing teams, you will drive go-to-market strategies, strengthen competitive positioning, and equip commercial teams with effective sales tools. This is an opportunity to influence a rapidly evolving market at the intersection of digital assets, intelligence, cybersecurity, and public-sector innovation. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing skills, commercial judgment, and a strong understanding of government buyers with a passion for turning complex ideas into meaningful customer impact.

Accountabilities

- Define public-sector positioning and messaging: Develop and continuously refine the value proposition for government customers, clearly articulating product capabilities, differentiation, and mission impact.

- Address diverse government audiences: Create tailored messaging for agency leaders, investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators, tax specialists, and other public-sector stakeholders.

- Develop strategic marketing assets: Produce compelling narratives, executive presentations, solution briefs, customer proof points, talk tracks, and other materials that help sales teams communicate value effectively.

- Lead competitive intelligence: Monitor competitors and market developments, translating insights into actionable positioning and strategies that strengthen competitive advantage in government opportunities.

- Translate innovation into solutions: Collaborate with Product, Research and Development, Marketing and Communications, and subject-matter experts to turn technical capabilities into relevant industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.

- Drive go-to-market execution: Lead marketing plans for product launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings, ensuring messaging is consistent and aligned with customer needs.

- Support pricing and commercial strategies: Develop customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, connecting business cases and operational benefits to measurable mission outcomes.

- Enable government sales teams: Create practical resources such as discovery frameworks, first-call presentations, solution briefs, and sales plays that support complex public-sector sales cycles.

- Strengthen cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Go-to-Market, and Enablement teams to turn effective messaging into scalable resources and consistent field execution.

- Bring market intelligence into strategy: Incorporate customer feedback, sales insights, partner perspectives, and competitive evidence to refine positioning, improve use cases, and ensure messaging reflects real-world needs.

- Champion effective AI adoption: Explore and apply AI tools and workflows to improve productivity, accelerate marketing execution, and enhance the quality and impact of deliverables while maintaining accountability for the final output.

Requirements

- Relevant professional experience: Five to eight years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, industry marketing, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.

- Public-sector expertise: Demonstrated experience marketing to government customers, preferably across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory, or tax functions.

- Positioning and messaging: Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning and persuasive narratives that influence how customers understand a problem and evaluate a solution.

- Exceptional writing skills: Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to create concise headlines, compelling executive messaging, practical sales materials, and clear technical narratives without unnecessary jargon.

- Government buying knowledge: Strong understanding of public-sector procurement journeys, decision-making processes, stakeholder dynamics, and mission-driven sales approaches.
