The Chief AI Office supports the definition and execution of Generali Investments' AI strategy, fostering the adoption of AI solutions across the organization and promoting innovation through cross-functional collaboration. The team works closely with business functions, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor the progress of AI-related programs and contribute to the evolution of governance frameworks supporting the responsible adoption of AI technologies.

Main Tasks:

- Support the coordination, monitoring and execution of AI-related initiatives across the organization, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
- Tracking action items, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely follow-up of ongoing projects.




- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports and documentation for governance meetings, working groups and management discussions.
- Conducting research and benchmarking activities on Artificial Intelligence trends, technologies and market developments.
- Preparing briefing materials, meeting summaries and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining project trackers, dashboards and progress reports, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
