- The role operates primarily on the field and acts as the operational extension of RAM2, contributing to execution excellence through real on-field observation, structured coaching support, capability reinforcement, and fact-based feedback to support 121 improvements.
- Identify execution and capability gaps, translating field observations into actionable coaching priorities and improvement opportunities.
