The Permanent Division of Gi Group (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), with a team of dedicated consultants, deals with the research and selection of experienced resources who want to undertake new professional paths. For our client, a multinational leader in the production and distribution of medical and diagnostic instrumentation, we are looking for: HR ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT - L.68/99. The resource, as HR Admin Support, will play a crucial role in supporting the Italian HR department. Specifically, they will be responsible for:

- Managing daily HR administrative activities for Italy, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely follow-up.
- Maintaining and updating personnel files, reports and HR documentation in line with local requirements and internal processes.




- Supporting mandatory communications and administrative obligations in the workplace, including hirings, terminations, contractual changes, lavoro da remoto agreements and reports/information relating to accidents at work.
- Managing or supporting specific administrative channels and documentation for Italy, including PEC communications, DURC requests, certificates, self-declarations and company declarations.
- Supporting the completion of recurring compliance, reporting and statistical obligations (e.g. ISTAT surveys).
