Client Management Specialist Sr Description The Client Management Specialist Sr is responsible for supporting and managing the local IT infrastructure and workplace environment, ensuring reliable and efficient IT services for local users. Role and duty – core business Act as the local point of contact for HQ IT teams for infrastructure-related activities, maintenance, technical changes and projects. Manage and coordinate local IT infrastructure activities, ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and HQ requirements. Coordinate the local implementation of HQ-driven maintenance activities, rollouts, upgrades and IT projects. Support the IT Services Manager in the planning and coordination of local infrastructure initiatives. Support the lifecycle management of IT equipment,
