Senior Consultant - AI & Advanced Technology Risk Consulting is looking for candidate to join our Risk Advanced Technology team as Senior Consultant based in Rome for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments ( Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer ). The Risk Advanced Technology practice develops innovative risk management services using advanced technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process Mining, and Business Intelligence) to support leading public and private organizations. We count on you to:

- Support clients in developing integrated risk management frameworks and in the digital transformation of risk management processes;
- Analyze, map, and redesign business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, control gaps, and automation opportunities, with a particular focus on AI-enabled transformation initiatives;
