During the ITB / Training Proposal Phase, the candidate shall:

- Analyse the Plant training requirements in accordance with the Plant process scheme and the proposed strategy in terms of cost, quality, and schedule;
- Prepare the training proposal;
- Estimate the man-hours and costs for training development, delivery, and coordination;
- Validate the training proposal and cost estimate with the Proposal and Estimating teams;
- Liaise with the Customer as required.
