Responsabilità

- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory and policy compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and develop mitigation strategies




- Maintain accurate records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems
- Provide guidance on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution to internal teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in contract administration/management in pharma or clinical research
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials and vendor agreements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 5%
