Overview

In this role you will own key accounting processes to deliver accurate, timely financials under Italian GAAP (OIC). You will work closely with local management and corporate HQ to ensure reliable reporting and strong controls within a multinational setting. You’ll address GL, AP/AR, payroll, and closing activities, while supporting audits and tax compliance. Responsabilità

- Oversee general ledger activities (journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions, fixed assets) ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure accuracy of AP/AR transactions with periodic reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Manage monthly payroll accounting entries (salaries, taxes, social security, TFR and related accruals)
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes to deliver timely financial reporting per corporate deadlines and OIC
- Ensure compliance with Italian VAT and local tax regulations, coordinating with external tax advisors
- Prepare and review reconciliations, supporting schedules,



and financial reports for local management and HQ
- Act as primary contact for external auditors, tax consultants and stakeholders for timely information
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls and reporting efficiency
- Collaborate with Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams to support accuracy, compliance and operational effectiveness

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of accounting experience in structured or multinational environments with GL, closing, and statutory reporting exposure
- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and general accounting principles
- Experience in GL management, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and payroll accounting
- Solid understanding of Italian VAT, statutory accounting obligations and local tax requirements; experience with external audits
- Proven ability in monthly/quarterly/annual closing, financial reporting and reconciliations; strong analytical skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel); familiarity with ERP/accounting systems; ability to prepare structured reports
- Fluent in Chinese and Italian; strong English proficiency
