Overview

As Marketing & Communication Legal Counsel, you will be the primary legal partner to the Marketing & Communication Department, supporting global fashion shows, campaigns and events in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will draft and review marketing contracts, advise on compliance, and support policy updates, ensuring risk-managed, creative initiatives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable innovative campaigns while safeguarding the brand. Responsabilità

- Draft and review contracts for marketing and communication services, including collaborations, partnerships, and cobranding
- Draft and review agreements related to fashion shows, ad campaigns, lookbooks, and events




- Prepare vendor agreements and talents/celebrities/influencers agreements
- Provide general legal support to the Marketing & Communication Department as a business partner
- Conduct legal research on doctrine and jurisprudence for compliance and regulatory matters in marketing activities
- Review and update internal policies and manage archiving files

Requisiti fondamentali

- 1–3 years' experience in commercial contracts, ideally in fashion, luxury or media
- Experience in Marketing & Communication area is a strong plus
- Fluent Italian and English; French is a plus
- Bar admission is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
