Overview

In this role, you will support the Financial Controller to oversee hotel financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance in a luxury hospitality setting. You’ll contribute to monthly to annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close while upholding strong internal controls. You work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial decisions and safeguard assets. This is a chance to shape finance practices in a premium environment and grow with a dynamic department.

Responsabilità

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budget management and forecasting, analyze variances, and provide recommendations
- Oversee AP/AR processes for accuracy
- Collaborate on general ledger management and record financial transactions
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard hotel assets




- Provide financial analyses to support strategic decision-making across departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local/international regulations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Finance
- at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial role
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial control procedures
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with PMS/ERP
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Highly detail-oriented and discreet with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
