Overview

As a technical reference for up to three strategic data center accounts, you will lead the technical side of tenders and oversee execution handover. You will orchestrate Schneider Electric engineers, experts, platforms, factories and partners to deliver a cohesive, competitive technical offer. This role is highly customer-facing and requires cross-functional leadership without direct reports. You will shape technical design choices, guide workshops, and ensure compliant, executable outcomes that support large European data center programs. Your work will drive standardized, scalable solutions across countries with a clear impact on mission-critical power infrastructure.

Responsabilità

- Serve as the primary technical contact for electrical design topics, building trust with customers
- Lead technical prescription and pre-tender activities with customer engineering teams
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary contributors to align with RFQ and tender timelines




- Defend technical choices during post-submission clarifications and coordinate revisions
- Ensure tender commitments are technically sound, compliant, and executable per governance
- Oversee project handover to execution teams and monitor changes/variations
- Promote standardization and reuse of approved solutions across countries
- Act as technical referent for zone and country leaders on assigned accounts

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years’ experience leading the technical scope of large, international customer projects
- Strong LV/MV electrical design foundations and solid UPS understanding
- Knowledge of transformers and busways is appreciated
- Experience in RFQs or technical offers and delivering under tight timelines
- Direct, customer-facing technical experience; data center experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
