Overview

In this role, you will design and deploy AI-powered voice experiences for production use, working directly with customers and the Voice Product team. You own end-to-end delivery—from discovery to go-live—ensuring high-quality voice performance and smooth escalation to humans. You’ll translate field learnings into reusable patterns, collaborate across product, deployment, and customer teams, and participate in early access programs to validate new capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and customer delivery, shaping scalable voice solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsabilità

- Design and deploy AI-powered voice experiences in production using Agentforce Voice and Service Cloud Voice
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from discovery to go-live
- Build and maintain data pipelines and agent performance dashboards
- Co-create with customers and partners, turning field learnings into reusable assets




- Surface gaps and feedback to the Voice Product team and participate in pilots
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into deployable solutions

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Customer-facing technical delivery experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
- Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns
- Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects
- Willingness to travel ~25%
- Ability to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously
