Overview

As a WMS Super User Coordinator, you serve as the key reference between Operations and IT to ensure the efficiency, stability, and continuous improvement of warehouse management systems. You’ll support daily operations, onboarding of new customers, and system changes, while troubleshooting and coordinating improvements. You’ll drive testing, upgrades, and data-driven optimizations, contributing to a resilient, scalable warehousing platform. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and technology-enabled operations.

Responsabilità

- Act as the site WMS Super User and be the main point of contact for WMS and related applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with internal IT and external providers.
- Monitor system performance and maintain business continuity for warehouse operations.
- Manage and prioritize IT tickets and coordinate escalation when needed.
- Support new customer start-ups, process improvements, and operational change initiatives.
- Participate in testing activities, system upgrades, releases, and new implementations.




- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Serve as the liaison between Operations, Business Development and IT teams.
- Deliver training and user support on WMS functionalities and changes.
- Support automation initiatives and future technological developments at the site.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years in a similar role within Logistics, Supply Chain or Contract Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, preferably Blue Yonder/JDA.
- Experience in application support, incident management, and operational troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of warehouse processes and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL or similar query languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate English (written and spoken).
