pWe're currently supporting a leading contractor on a major Data Centre construction project in Naples and are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who have a proven background delivering Data Centre projects.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liOversee day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
/li liManage subcontractors and site personnel across multiple work packages.
/li liDrive health safety standards and ensure full compliance with project procedures.
/li liMonitor site progress against programme milestones and report on performance.
/li liCoordinate with project stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain project momentum.




/li liEnsure quality inspections and documentation are completed throughout the construction phase.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liPrevious Data Centre construction experience is essential.
/li liStrong background managing large-scale construction projects.
/li liExcellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
/li liFluent English is required.
/li liAbility to work in a fast-paced project environment and deliver against key deadlines.
