Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for Italian EL Regional Distribution Center (ITRDC), including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results.



You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite You will be mainly accountable for:

- Escalating to relevant stakeholders, as necessary, to remove roadblocks that prevent the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at local level and helping facilitate cases of conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed at local ABB unit level is aligned with the global strategy.
