Overview

In this role you contribute to client engagements within McKinsey’s Operations Excellence Program. You will help identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree and exceptional academics
- Initial experience in capital excellence (e.g., capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure)
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Mobility and willingness for European assignments
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language
