Responsabilità
- Manage online communities and curate user-generated content using platforms like Sprinklr
- Schedule posts and monitor sentiment with social listening tools such as Sprinklr and Brandwatch
- Analyze data to track campaign KPIs and support high creative quality
- Create and execute multi-channel editorial plans across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
- Stay updated on social media best practices and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1+ years of experience in advertising or agency environments as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager
- Professional fluency in English and Italian
- Strong creative mindset with curiosity for social media trends and platforms
- Proactive problem-solving and collaborative teamwork
