Overview

As a Professional Services Architect you lead the design and planning of Idira solutions for customers, establishing best practices to adapt to the evolving security landscape. You will collaborate closely with implementation, sales, and product management to ensure solutions meet customer needs and Idira security standards. You provide guidance on privileged account security, assess business impact, and help set the direction for customer deployments. This role offers remote work with cross-functional collaboration to drive meaningful security outcomes at scale. You will shape technical strategy, influence outcomes, and act as a trusted expert across client and internal teams.

Responsabilità

- Design and architect solutions and planning documentation for Idira customers
- Understand customer needs and guide short- and long-term goals across the customer journey
- Advise on best practices and trends in privileged account security
- Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options and impact
- Demonstrate understanding of large-scale IT systems, security risk management and vulnerabilities
- Establish standard approaches for deploying Idira solutions and securing privileged accounts




- Serve as a technical expert for clients and internal/external teams
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate communications between customer, implementation services, sales, product management and marketing
- Resolve issues and escalations while managing expectations and ensuring customer voice

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3+ years in Cybersecurity, Professional Services, or a client-facing technical leadership role
- CISSP or equivalent security certification (preferred); Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Knowledge of privileged account security, enterprise networking, databases, systems administration, and vulnerability management
- Strong stakeholder management, technical communication, and cross-functional leadership
- Proactive and adaptable problem solver with influence over others
- Ability to communicate to technical and executive audiences
- Full professional proficiency in English; secondary European language advantageous
- Occasional travel may be required
