Overview

As a Site Engagement Liaison, you will cultivate strong site relationships to support clinical trials and drive site engagement across sponsor partnerships. You will work closely with investigators, site staff, and internal teams to ensure study conduct and regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities to optimize site performance. The role combines relationship management with hands-on engagement strategies to advance innovative therapies for patients. You operate in a collaborative, sponsor-dedicated model within ICON’s global expertise. Responsabilità

- Develop and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff at clinical trial sites.
- Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures,



and regulatory requirements to site staff to ensure compliance and successful conduct.
- Identify opportunities to enhance site engagement and optimize performance via regular communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute site engagement strategies tailored to each study/site.
- Monitor site performance metrics and share updates on engagement activities and outcomes with study teams.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- Clinical research or site management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities with multitasking capacity
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
- Prior experience in Dermatology
