Minimize equipment downtime, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance activities; /liliManage extraordinary maintenance and breakdown interventions, minimizing machine and plant downtime; /liliEnsure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures; /liliSet priorities based on criticality, safety requirements,



and production needs; /liliDefine specifications for requests for quotations related to the procurement of machinery and equipment, overhauls, and various works (machines, plants, buildings, etc.); /liliPerform technical evaluations of proposals submitted by specialized external suppliers; /liliSupervise external technicians during maintenance and repair activities; /liliOversee installation, commissioning, revamping projects, and plant modifications; /liliVerify the efficiency, reliability, and safety of machinery and equipment; /liliSelect and use appropriate diagnostic tools; /liliMaintain and update technical documentation (drawings, manuals, and schematics); /liliCollaborate with the Health Safety Manager (RSPP equivalent) to ensure compliance with safety regulations; /liliVerify plant compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations; /liliPrepare and monitor the maintenance budget; /liliMonitor maintenance costs, analyze variances, and support investment planning; /liliSelect and evaluate maintenance service providers; /liliSupervise activities performed by external contractors; /liliVerify compliance of maintenance interventions and related certifications; /liliAnalyze failure data and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues; /liliPropose improvements to equipment, facilities,
