Overview

In this role you drive growth for a strategic Data Center vendor portfolio within Arrow’s channel ecosystem. You act as the primary liaison for vendors, overseeing relationship management, business development, and commercial execution to fuel revenue and market expansion. You’ll co-create growth strategies with vendors and partners, coordinate go-to-market efforts, and monitor performance to hit targets. The position offers exposure to leading Data Center technologies and a chance to shape vendor-driven initiatives in a fast-growing market.

Responsabilità

- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Data Center vendors (storage, data protection, backup, AI infra, servers)
- Build and sustain relationships with vendors, channel partners, and stakeholders
- Create and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities to support business development and vendor objectives
- Manage forecasts, pipeline reviews, and vendor commitments
- Identify new business opportunities and support demand generation across partners
- Provide market intelligence to support growth strategies
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and vendor teams for GTM execution
- Track performance, opportunities,



and action plans to achieve targets
- Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and strategic updates

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree or relevant professional experience in business, sales, IT, technology, or related field
- Experience in vendor management, business development, channel sales, or similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of Data Center tech (storage, data protection, backup, AI infra, server, virtualization, cloud)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain vendor, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships
- Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive growth
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Business fluency in Italian and English
- Availability for regular business travel in Italy
- Experience in IT, Data Center ecosystem, IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management
- Existing network in the Italian IT market is a plus
