As CPS Trainers and Team Leaders, you will lead and develop a high-performing training team focused on restaurant partners’ adoption of TheFork Manager. You will shape training strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate partner feedback into actionable improvements. Your leadership will drive cultural change, coaching, and continuous development across markets. This role offers impact at scale in a diverse, international environment.

Responsabilità

- Lead and develop the CPS Trainers and Team Leaders to build a high-performing team
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development plans
- Drive a cultural shift to improve partner adoption of TheFork Manager
- Join restaurant trainings to stay close to partner needs and challenges
- Define and evolve the training strategy and framework for restaurant partners
- Ensure consistent training standards across teams and markets




- Translate partner feedback into actionable improvements and KPIs-driven actions
- Collaborate with SalesOps and other functions to align on objectives and deliver a cohesive partner experience

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3–4 years of experience driving customer adoption/usage of a SaaS solution, preferably in restaurants/hospitality
- Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools
- Solid people management experience with coaching and development skills
- Strong customer mindset focused on partner experience
- Results-oriented with KPI, target, and performance management experience
- Analytical, pragmatic, hands-on approach to leadership
- Ability to lead change and translate vision into simple, repeatable actions
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to decide in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English and comfortable in an international, multicultural setting
- Interest in technology, digital products, and the restaurant industry
