Overview

In this role you enable secure, high-quality digital platform delivery by embedding Agile practices across cross-functional teams. You operate within the Secure Digital Platform Team to improve flow, predictability, and governance-aligned delivery. As a servant leader, you coach engineers, security, product and stakeholders to remove impediments and foster transparency and continuous learning. This is a mission-driven position within the GCAP initiative, offering impact at scale through cross-domain collaboration and governance‑aware delivery.

Responsabilità

- Lead and embed Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrids) for predictable, value-driven delivery in secure digital platforms.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, roles, ceremonies, and artefacts to enhance maturity.
- Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies with outcomes-focused, value-driven sessions.
- Identify, manage, and remove delivery impediments; escalate risks and dependencies as needed.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Security stakeholders to align priorities with platform, security, and business goals.
- Ensure activities comply with governance, risk, and security requirements,



including security clearance constraints where applicable.
- Track, analyse, and communicate delivery metrics to support transparency and decision-making.
- Contribute to evolving Agile standards, tooling, and ways of working across the Secure Digital Platform landscape.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Professional qualification or certification in Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent).
- Formal education in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery within complex digital or platform environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and pragmatic adaptation to context.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, security, architecture, and product.
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and impediments under governance, compliance, or security constraints.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities across multiple organisational levels.
