Overview

In this role you will standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics across the IET organization, bridging Logistics Operations with Digital Technology. You’ll shape how transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs operate, focusing on WMS and related systems. You’ll drive digital solution lifecycles, testing, deployment and continuous improvement, partnering with technology teams to deliver scalable, measurable value. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic energy technology environment with global impact.

Responsabilità

- Hold, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across IET (transportation, inbound, WMS, picking, outbound, customs)
- Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements for Digital Technology teams
- Act as the process owner through the full digital solution lifecycle (requirements, development, testing, deployment, support)
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions pre-deployment
- Leverage ERP knowledge (Oracle)



to assess impacts and support logistics solution evolution and WMS adoption
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics using OBIEE and other tools
- Identify and support automation and AI opportunities (RPA, AI-enabled apps) across logistics
- Support change management, training, user adoption and continuous improvement after new processes are implemented

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process management or digital transformation
- Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (transportation, inbound, WMS, picking, outbound, customs)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Experience in digital projects and translating business requirements into functional/system requirements
- Knowledge of reporting/analytics tools (OBIEE, PowerBI)
- Understanding of automation and AI (RPA, AI) and ability to collaborate with technical teams
- Excellent process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
