Responsabilità
- Manage one or more portfolio or strategic accounts and drive growth
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes
- Own the account P&L; and ensure profitable outcomes
- Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing and beyond
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account management
- Drive customer satisfaction and renewals while maintaining strong governance and compliance
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies aligned with client needs
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailored solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years experience running account P&L;
- 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
